It helps your natural response. You still need sexual stimulation, and the erection fades normally afterward.
Myth
ED only happens to older men.
Fact
ED affects men both young and old. Stress, anxiety, sleep, alcohol and health conditions all play a role.
Myth
If pills didn't work, nothing will.
Fact
A different medication, strength or form often helps. For men who don't respond to pills, Trimix, an injectable treatment that combines alprostadil, papaverine and phentolamine, is another proven option.
Physician oversight

Our care is overseen by Dr. Nolan Noska, who has focused his career on hormone replacement therapy and men's health and has served as a medical director since 2016.
An erection is a blood flow event. When you're aroused, nerves signal the blood vessels in the penis to relax so blood can flow in and stay there. Anything that interferes with blood flow, nerve signals or hormones can make that harder.
ED is common and it affects men both young and old. For many men it's a mix of physical and mental factors, and the right treatment depends on what's driving it.
Heart and blood vessel health
Diabetes and high blood pressure
Low testosterone
Certain medications
Alcohol, smoking and poor sleep
Stress and performance anxiety
ED can be an early warning signBecause erections depend on healthy blood vessels, ED can sometimes point to heart or circulation issues. Your intake helps your physician look at the bigger picture.
Lesson 2 of 7
How ED medication helps
Sildenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil belong to a class called PDE5 inhibitors. When you're aroused, your body releases nitric oxide, which relaxes the smooth muscle in the penis so blood can rush in.
An enzyme called PDE5 normally shuts that process down. These medications block PDE5, so the natural erection response is stronger and lasts longer.
Apomorphine works differently. It acts on dopamine pathways in the brain involved in arousal, which is why it can help when nerves or performance anxiety get in the way.
1. ArousalBrain signals the body
2. Nitric oxideReleased in the penis
3. Muscle relaxesBlood flows in
4. PDE5 blockedResponse lasts longer
You still need to be in the moodED medication isn't an aphrodisiac and doesn't cause an erection on its own. Sexual stimulation is still required, and the erection goes away normally afterward.
Lesson 3 of 7
Why sublingual absorbs faster
A standard pill has to be swallowed, broken down in your stomach and processed by your liver before it reaches your bloodstream. Some of the medication is lost along the way, and a big meal can slow it down.
The tissue under your tongue and inside your cheek is thin and packed with tiny blood vessels. Drops, troches and rapid dissolve tablets absorb right there, so the medication goes straight into your bloodstream. That's why many men notice results within 20 to 30 minutes.

Lesson 4 of 7
Troches, tablets or drops?
All three forms use the same trusted active ingredients and absorb under the tongue. The difference is how you like to take it, which formulas you want, and price.
Troches: the widest choice, including SuperMax EP
Rapid dissolve tablets: pre-measured and melt in seconds
Li-Quëd drops: the lowest cost at $3.30 a dose
Not sure? Your physician can recommend a starting point
Lesson 5 of 7
How to take troches, tablets and drops
All three work the same basic way: the medication absorbs through the thin tissue under your tongue or inside your cheek. Here's how to take each one so it absorbs fully.
Troches: place under the tongue or against the cheek and let it dissolve slowly. Don't chew.
Rapid dissolve tablets: place under the tongue and let it melt completely. No water.
Li-Quëd drops: measure your dose and hold it under your tongue as directed.
All three: avoid eating or drinking until it's fully absorbed.
Keep troches coolTroches are heat-sensitive, so every troche order ships with a $15 Chill Pack.
Lesson 6 of 7
How to get the best results
Most men find their routine within the first few uses. If it isn't working the way you want, don't give up on treatment: your physician can adjust the dose, the medication or how you take it.
Take it about 30 to 60 minutes before, or as your physician directs
Let it dissolve fully before eating or drinking
Heavy, high-fat meals can slow some medications
Keep alcohol moderate
Don't take more than one dose in 24 hours unless directed
Give it a few tries before judging results
Your physician is part of the planIf you have side effects or results aren't what you hoped, reach out. Changing strength or switching formulas often makes the difference.
Lesson 7 of 7
Safety: what you need to know
ED medications are safe for most men when prescribed by a physician who reviews your health history. That's why every order starts with a medical intake.
The most important rule: never combine PDE5 medications with nitrates (like nitroglycerin or isosorbide), riociguat or "poppers." Together they can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Tell your physician about all medications
Be careful with alpha-blockers and blood pressure meds
Common side effects: headache, flushing, congestion
Seek care for chest pain or sudden vision or hearing changes
Erection lasting over 4 hours? This is called priapism and it's a medical emergency. Get medical help right away.

How are these different from traditional pills?
Our oral medications come as troches, rapid dissolve tablets and drops that absorb under your tongue, so the medication goes straight into your bloodstream instead of through digestion.
How quickly can I expect results?
Many men experience results within 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment option chosen.
Which form is right for me?
Troches have the most options, including SuperMax EP. Tablets are pre-measured and melt in seconds. Drops have the lowest cost per dose. Your physician can help you choose.
Can these help with performance anxiety?
Yes. Apomorphine, available as a troche or tablet and included in SuperMax EP, can help by calming the brain.
Do you treat premature ejaculation?
Dextromethorphan troches and tablets can support men who experience premature ejaculation by calming the nervous system.
What's the Chill Pack?
Troches are heat-sensitive, so every troche order includes a $15 Chill Pack that keeps your medication cool while it ships.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Your short online intake is reviewed by a licensed U.S. physician, who decides whether treatment is right for you. You don't need to visit a clinic.
What happens if I'm not approved?
If your physician determines the medication isn't safe for you, your purchase is refunded in full.
Will my information remain private?
Yes. All personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential, and medications are delivered in discreet, plain packaging.
Who should not take ED medication?
Do not take PDE5 medications like sildenafil or tadalafil if you use nitrates (such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide) or "poppers," or if a doctor has told you sexual activity isn't safe for your heart. Your intake asks about this.
Ready to feel confident again?
Choose your medication, complete a short intake and a licensed physician takes it from there.
Prescription required. These medications contain sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine and/or dextromethorphan and are dispensed only after review by a licensed physician. Do not take PDE5 medications (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil) if you take nitrates or riociguat, or use "poppers," as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your physician about all medications you take and any heart, liver, kidney or blood pressure conditions. Common side effects may include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, upset stomach, dizziness and nausea. Get medical help right away for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
