Why testosterone matters
Testosterone drives muscle mass, mental clarity, mood, libido and energy. Levels naturally decline with age, but you don't have to settle for feeling off.
Low T can sap your drive. Restoring balance can help you feel like yourself again.
Reduced sex drive is one of the most common signs of low testosterone.
Trouble concentrating, irritability and poor sleep can all be linked to low levels.

How it works

Includes your bloodwork and a consultation with a men's health physician.

Get your blood drawn at a local Labcorp. Not convenient? Ask about our home test option.

Meet in person in Bellevue or by telemedicine. Appointments available daily.

Labs first, then a plan built around you. Medication, supplies and shipping included.
Start With $99 LabsMyth vs. fact
TRT is just steroids for bodybuilders.
TRT is physician-dosed to bring low testosterone back to a healthy range, with lab monitoring along the way.
Feeling tired is just part of getting older.
Fatigue, low drive and brain fog can be signs of low T. A blood test is the only way to know.
You don't need labs to start.
Labs come first. They confirm whether low T is the cause and keep your treatment safe over time.
Physician oversight
Our care is overseen by Dr. Nolan Noska, who has focused his career on hormone replacement therapy and men's health and has served as a medical director since 2016.

Levels naturally decline as men age, but that doesn't mean you have to settle for feeling off.
Many men in their 30s, 40s and beyond start to notice changes they chalk up to stress or getting older. Low testosterone is one possible cause, and a simple blood test can tell you.
It starts with Step 1: register for $99, which covers your bloodwork and a consultation. You get your blood drawn at your local Labcorp, or ask about our home test option.
Then you meet with a physician, in person in Bellevue or by telemedicine, who reviews your labs, symptoms and health history before recommending anything.
TRT restores testosterone to a healthy range. At Men's Direct RX it's typically given by injection, either into the muscle or just under the skin, depending on what's most comfortable and effective for you.
Plans include anastrozole, which your physician may use to help manage how much testosterone converts to estrogen.
TRT is safe and effective when it's supervised by a licensed physician. Regular bloodwork, included every 6 months, keeps an eye on things like your testosterone and red blood cell levels.

Prescription required. Testosterone therapy is prescribed only after lab work and physician review. It is not for men with prostate or breast cancer, and it can reduce sperm production and fertility. Testosterone can raise red blood cell counts and may affect blood pressure, cholesterol and sleep apnea, which is why bloodwork is monitored every 6 months. Tell your physician about heart disease, blood clots, urinary symptoms and all medications you take. Individual results vary.
